FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed revolving-bulb lamp has emission source built in bulb and lamp base secured on bulb; base has inner part with slits on butt-end and outer threaded part, both joined together by means of locking device, retainer designed to prevent unidirectional rotation of base parts within one another, insulator with contact strip secured on bent inner part of base; at least one slit is provided on butt-end of base inner part; retainer is made in the form of angle pieces formed by butt-end of base and slits which are bent outside of base in turn-in direction of base threaded part.
EFFECT: reduced cost of lamps and enhanced their quality.
