FIELD: reprocessing of worn tiers. SUBSTANCE: device has working chamber 1 accommodating supporting plate 6 carrying valve 7 with cone working surface movable along axis of detonating tube 2. Valve 7 is installed coaxially to detonating tube 2 and arranged with its top to face detonating tube. Device has pickup of position of valve 7, motion control unit 9 of valve 7 and synchronization system 10 which is connected with its inputs to outputs of mixture pressure pickup 4 and position pickup 8 of valve 7, and with its outputs being connected to unit 9 and unit 5 of mixture ignition.
