FIELD: preparation of a phosphate bonded materials. SUBSTANCE: the process for preparing a phosphate bonded material comprising mixing 48-52 wt % phosphate binder with 41-42 wt % aluminium oxide and 6-11 wt % chromium oxide or magnesium oxide, combining 56-65 wt % of the resulting composition with 35-44 wt % glass fabric or glass cloth predressed with a 3-7 % Bakelite varnish solution in ethanol or acetone and solidifying at a specific pressure of 0.1-0.45 MPa, heating to 130-145 C at a temperature rise of 5-12 deg/hr. The materials prepared by the claimed process have a tensile elastic modilus of 29-32·10-3 MPa and a bending strength of 125-130 MPa.
