FIELD: radio industry. SUBSTANCE: invention provides material prepared by mixing phosphate binder with electrically molten corundum at 1:1 proportion and combining thus obtained composition with fiber glass filler followed by solidification at specific pressure 0.95-1.05 MPa while raising temperature to 270 +/- 5 C with a rate of 17-18oC/h. Phosphate binder utilized is, more specifically, chromoalumino-phosphate compound with molar ratio P2O5/(0,6Al2O3+0,4Cr2O3)=2.26. resulting mixture is then applied onto quartz or silica glass cloth dressed with 3-7% alcohol solution. EFFECT: improved weight, strength, and dielectric characteristics of material. 2 cl, 1 tbl
