FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding ceramic objects from materials containing low-temperature phosphate binder, and can be used to make workpieces of composite ceramic products, including for radio electronics. The method of making workpieces of ceramic products involves mixing phosphate binder and filler. The phosphate binder used is a mixture of dry powder of 30-80 wt % sodium dihydrophosphate and 70-20 wt % zinc oxide. The composition is added to the filler in amount of 1-90 wt % of the mixture with binder and is moulded at temperature of 60-105°C. The filler used is electrocorundum, quartz sand or a mixture of mullite ceramics. The composition of binder with filler can be stored for one month or longer without loss of moulding properties.
EFFECT: simple method of making workpieces of ceramic products.
