FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains, mass % : bitumen 50-64, plasticizer 5-8, butyl caoutchouc 8-15, synthetic resin 2-4, mineral filler 15-20, silicium dioxide 2-3, antiseptic 0.5-1.0. Mixing butyl caoutchouc, resin and silicium dioxide is carried out initially at 100-120 C. Then bitumen heated to 170-190 C (its softening temperature being 50 C) is added into thus prepared homogeneous mass. Plasticizer is added before or after adding bitumen takes place, or by two equal portions: one being added during mixing butyl caoutchouc and additives and other is added together with bitumen. Adding filler may be carried out before or after adding bitumen. Silica filler may be used as silicium dioxide, alkali metal fluoride is used as antiseptic. Antiseptic is added finally when all other components are mixed. Phenol-formaldehyde or petroleum polymer resin is used as mentioned above resin. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 4 cl, 2 tbl
