FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: primary network winding 11 is put on one half of O-shaped core, output winding 12 - secondary winding is placed on second half. It is connected in series with load and is used as stabilizing device of secondary voltage. In this autotransformer control over secondary voltage is achieved by change of value of magnetic flux crossing turns of secondary winding and consequently of value of secondary voltage by movement of regulator coupled to armature of electromagnet in plane of butt ends of halves of O-shaped core. Coil of electromagnet 9 is connected in parallel to load and is used as element responding to change of voltage in supply network.
