FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method of powder-like aromatic principle preparing involves the preparation of vegetable spicy-aromatic raw, extraction with liquefied gases, miscell distillation, extract preparing, filtration of extract and dispensing. Purified extract is mixed with solution of cyclodextrines at the ratio (1:10)-(1:1000). Mixture is treated with ultrasonic oscillation for 10-600 s, precipitate formed is separated and dried, and the end product is prepared. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 1 tbl
