FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: blending of sugar syrup, aqueous-spirituous liquid, dye, aromatic principle, citric acid and fruit juice concentrate is carried out by three stages: at the first stage citric acid, dye and fruit juice concentrate were added to the sugar syrup, and then mixture is kept for 10-30 min; at the second stage aqueous-spirituous liquid is mixed with aromatic agent, and mixture is kept for 5-15 min; at the third stage mixtures were combined, and water is added additionally to obtain strength of ready cocktail at least 20 vol.%. Prepared blend liquid is kept for 3-4 days, cooled up to 3-10 C and filtered. Aqueous-spirituous liquid is taken at strength 40-45 vol.% with aldehyde content 3-8 mg/l, mass concentration of fusel oil 3-4 mg/l, esters 25-30 mg/l and alkalinity 2.5-3.0 ml.
