SUBSTANCE: flavoring or mixture thereof is dissolved in propylene glycol at 40-70°C, obtained solution is then mixed with polysaccharides treated with gaseous carbon dioxide at 4.0-5.0 MPa.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process; food supplement with long storage time without losses of flavoring properties.
