FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: dry carrier has vortex motion imposed to it with subsequent moistening through spraying a liquid phase on the carrier. The mixture is dewatered by means of a drying agent. Imposing of vortex motion and dewatering are effected through a drying agent delivered in a rising curled peripheral flow for achieving dissipating heating of the mixture. Moistening is effected by downtake axial ultrasonic spraying. The device has cylindrical body provided with a branch for the pressure delivery of the drying agent which branch is positioned at a tangent in the bottom part of the body. The latter also has means for supplying the liquid phase located on its axis. The means being a nozzle with a ring-shaped cavity and having a vibratory concentrator enclosed in it in a spaced relation to its walls and connecting the ultrasonic source.
