SUBSTANCE: angular displacements and accelerations during rolling and pitching are measured, equilibrium angles of heeling and trim are determined, incidence of sinking is established, average drought and metacentric height are predicted, character of sinking and cause of emergency heeling and different are classified, stability is evaluated, and measures are taken to straighten ship course and restore stability.
