FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has metering member connected with oiling liquid reservoir and positioned in contact with oiling roller. Metering member is formed as hose pump having housing with rotor and flexible hose 3 with hose length regulating unit. Hose is provided with two double-sided hose nipples 4, 5 having annular bead 6 extending in the middle portion and rule 11 with divisions. Housing is made in the form of plate 1 for supporting rotor, which is formed as rigid sprocket 2 with blunt apexes embraced by hose 3, whose ends are disposed in parallel with supporting plate 1 and rigidly connected with nipples 4, 5. Hose length regulating unit has bracket 9 with two open through holes disposed in axial alignment with hose ends. Nipples are mounted in holes so, that their protrusions are disposed at the outer side of one strip of bracket 9 in annular bores of holes. Another strip of bracket 9 is mounted on supporting plate 1 for reciprocation in direction perpendicular to axis of rotor, which is controlled by means of rule with divisions secured on bracket 9.
