High-voltage insulation has outer 2 and inner 1 covers and intermediate covers 3 placed between them and manufactured from conducting or semi-conducting material in the form of collars of same length installed with equal shoulders with respect to each other forming layer 4 of insulation monotonically decreasing from main inner cover to outer one.
