Abstract RU 2017260 C1

FIELD: vacuum devices. SUBSTANCE: klinotrone has electronic optical system and comb moderation system which interaction surface is placed at acute angle to axis of paraxial electron beam with thickness equal or exceeding λ where l is average length of moderated wave within working range, two metal plates with protrusions which width is equal or greater l and height h/3 ≅ t ≅ h/2, where h is height of lamels of comb. Metal plates are attached to translation mechanism and are located on sides of comb moderation system at distance l ≥ λ. In this case base of protrusion on first plate is made at level of vertexes of lamels of comb moderation system and on second one - at level of vases of lamels of comb moderation system. EFFECT: increased efficiency of generation of electromagnetic oscillation of millimeter and submillimeter ranges of waves within wide frequency band at level of average powers. 2 dwg
