FIELD: radio engineering; radars and other devices operating in extremely high frequency band.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has series circuit of resonance-tuned sections of comb slow-wave structure (line resonators) separated by reflecting components and microwave energy take-off waveguide unit made in the form of slotted waveguide coupled through communication slots disposed above centers of reflecting components with line resonator circuits. Quantity of line resonators can be chosen to equal integer multiple of quantity of communication slots and length of each resonator as well as slot-to-slot distance can be chosen so as to ensure that phase incursion in these sections were a multiple of π or 2π.

EFFECT: enhanced power output and efficiency of device.
