FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing cicatrices, cutting out trapezoid flap from local tissues having recess at the top. Interdigital space tissues are dissected as swallow tail forming two triangular flaps. The triangular flaps are brought close to lateral surfaces of the trapezoid flap and their edges are sutured together to form interdigital space bottom with polygonal line of postoperative suture. EFFECT: prevented cicatricial contraction and multidirectional arrangement of postoperative cicatrices line. 2 dwg
