FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out islet flap from unchanged skin in the area of the first interdigital space. Cuspidate cutaneosubcutaneous flaps are cut out on the palmar and dorsal side of hand with their apices turned towards the islet flap. Cords are transected in perpendicular direction with cicatricial flaps formed so that they are turned with their bases towards the first and the second finger. The cicatricial flaps are attached to the islet one with sutures. The cicatricial flaps are rotated through 90 deg. Then the cicatricial flaps are joined to each other with sutures. The lateral sides of the cicatricial flaps are attached to the islet one with sutures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; enabled required interdigital space depth. 2 dwg
