FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves three-stages aerosol therapy (7-8 treatments for course, by 5-7 ml per inhalation for 5-7 min every day). At the first stage for sanitation of upper respiratory tracts herb infusions are used (gum-tree, pansy); at the second stage aerosol therapy with 0.1-0.5% ethonium solution is carried out to stimulate immune competent cells. Inhalation with 0.05-0.5% lysozyme solution at the third stage ensures to reach substituting effect. Aerosol therapy using herb infusions improving function of ciliated epithelium (pot-marigold, matricary, major plantain) ensures to correct disturbance in mucociliary transport. Morbidity of children is decreased by 2.5 times. EFFECT: enhanced efficacy of method.
