FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in registering actual values of formation pressure in zone of oil withdrawal of producing well, and, if they differ from preliminarily preset optimal values, gas flow rate is redistributed from well with lower values of ratio between actual formation pressure in withdrawal zone and preset optimal pressure to wells with larger values of these ratios. In this case, variation of gas flow rate is corrected in compliance with dynamics of formation pressure variation, values and rate of variation of content of hydrocarbons in products until formation pressure is stabilized at levels nearest to preliminarily preset optimal values. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation of producing formation-producing wells system due to possibility of optimization of formation pressure in withdrawal zone of producing formation by changing technological conditions of gas-lift wells producing formation fluids. 4 cl, 2 dwg, 4 tbl
