FIELD: gas-lift production of oil. SUBSTANCE: in realization of the method, determined for different moments of operation at different pressure values in the system of gas distribution for each well, is dependence of oil production rate on gas flow rate and probability of its starting. Value of gas flow rate supplied to the system is determined for each gas supply source. Then, wells and gas supply source are ranked by their influence in the system of gas distribution. Optimal values of starting and working pressures for separate wells are determined. Depending on the value of the latter with consideration of existing restricting factors, pressure in the gas distribution system is varied by establishing new modes of technological objects (gas-lift wells and gas supply sources). Parameters are defined more accurately and effect of pressure in the subsystem of gas distribution is determined. Redistribution (grouping) of technological objects is accomplished by their effect and operation of gas-lift complex is repeated. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 3 tbl
