FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: compressed air is fed to vortex tubes 1 through nozzle inlets 6, the vortex tubes are grouped in a built-up module which has two stamp panels 2 and 3. Due to joining in pairs and deepening one inside the other a pair-vortex effect occurs in tubes 1 which provides heat exchange intensification and heat release. Resonance tubes 13, alternating nozzle outlets 6 and heated gas bleed channels 10, making the wall thickness of panels 2 and 3 equal to 0.2-0.3 mm and gas feed and bleed manifolds 11 and 12 with decreased and increased open area respectively provide additional effect on the process.
