SUBSTANCE: analyzed sample is treated with perchloric acid, pH is made up to 6-11, passed through chromatographic column with silica gel at the ratio of silica gel mass (g to sample volume in ml) (0.4-0.5):(5-6) at concentration of novocainamide 10-100 micro g in sample following by photometry of colored solution.
