FIELD: conversion of mechanical vibrations into electric signals in seismic exploration. SUBSTANCE: seismic detector has case 1 built up of two parts joined by ferromagnetic member 2 with base 3 hinged for displacement by means of screw 5. Inertia mass 6 is mounted on base through rod 7, V-shaped member 8, and taut strut. Sensor 11 converts longitudinal vibrations of inertia mass into electric signals. EFFECT: simplified design. 2 dwg
