Abstract RU 2107338 C1

FIELD: experimental controlled nuclear fusion plants with magnetic plasma confinement, including spherical tokamaks. SUBSTANCE: winding turns of tokamak electromagnetic system toroidal field are supported by central member and have projections. External annular shroud made of insulating material and place around projections of turns in a radial spaced relation has opposing wedges. The latter are supported, respectively, by projection of turns and by external shroud. One of projection sides of turns is aligned with electric contact surfaces of central supporting member which has internal shroud tightly fitted around it. Internal shroud covers area up to contact surfaces; external shroud and wedges are arranged lengthwise of contact surfaces covering internal shroud through its height. EFFECT: improved electric contact between projections of toroidal field winding turns and electric contact surfaces of central supporting member under ponderomotive force conditions. 2 dwg
