FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of withdrawal from main pipeline of water supply system a part of water flow, passing this part through water consumption systems of the plasmochemical equipment; after the part of the water flow had been withdrawn, separating a remaining part in cross direction with elimination of mutually opposite streams; compressing the withdrawn part and stabilizing its flowrate, after passing this part through the plasmochemical equipment returning it to a common flow of the main water supply pipeline behind the separation zone. The apparatus has a pipeline, connecting the plasmochemical equipment with the plant water mains. A non-return valve and an ejection nozzle are arranged in the main pipeline along the water stream direction behind a zone of joining a pipeline, feeding water to the plasmochemical equipment. A pump is mounted on this pipeline. An output branch pipe for waste water of the plasmochemical equipment is joined with the ejection nozzle in the main pipeline with the aid of the branch pipe, in which a safety valve is mounted.
