FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: in mining inundated coal seams occurring in form of brachy-syncline, paired main workings, as well as conveyer and auxiliary openings are driven in coal seam along transverse axis of brachy-syncline in place of separation of extraction field into parts. Seam is extracted up-dip along longitudinal axis of brachy-syncline by room-and-pillar method. Inclined openings for servicing water-removal plant are driven to the lowest geodetic elevation of inclined field along transverse axis of brachy-syncline and connected with paired main workings, stopes. Seam is worked from development working driven parallel to inclined openings which were driven along transverse axis of brachy-syncline with additional arrangement of drainage members in lower part of stope of first worked pillar.
