Abstract RU 2278262 C1

FIELD: mining, particularly flat-lying coal seam preparation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing deposit by drilling main and supplementary excavations; preparing panel by performing deposit excavations; deepening opening excavations in proportion to deposit cutting and providing forced main and supplementary excavation venting. Mine field near one border is penetrated by tree main inclined holes, namely by air-supply, air-discharge and conveyer holes. Mine field near another border is penetrated by two side inclined holes, namely air-supply and air-discharge ones. Main and side holes are communicated by venting and haulage roadways along strike to prepare single-sided panel. Main holes are connected one with another below lower hole connection by the first horizontal headings and venting sluice is formed under the horizontal heading in each inclined hole. During main hole extension each hole is connected with day surface by vertical well below sluice. The vertical well is adapted to receive local venting fan. Holes are communicated with each other by means of the second horizontal heading below area of hole connection with wells. Side holes are extended in the same way. Air-supply hole is connected with air-supply well. Air-discharge hole is communicated with air-discharge well.
