FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: surface to be analyzed is illuminated with three fixed and spectrally discernable light beams, and three-component vector of color coordinates of radiations dissipated by emitting surface is measured for each of these radiations, then color matrix components are calculated from set of linear equations given in description of invention. Surface color analyzer has surface illuminating unit affording three fixed and spectrally discernable light beams, unit analyzing three three-component color coordinate vectors of radiation dissipated over surface being analyzed, and color matrix computing unit.
