FIELD: analytical instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat conduction detector has case 1, formed by half-cases 2 and 3. There are measuring chamber 4, sensitive element 5, intake and removing channels 6 and 7 for gas in the case. Heating element 8 and temperature transducer 9 are made in form of films of electroconducting material and disposed inside measuring chamber 4, onto surface of its internal wall 10. Area of surface, formed by heating element and temperature transducer, disposed onto internal surface of the chamber, is equal to the largest part of the total area of its internal surface.
