FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon heating resistive thermo-sensitive element by constant electric current and measuring of frequency characteristic of input conductivity of resistive thermo-sensitive element in frequency band, where the thermo-sensitive element has to be distributive resistive-capacitive line. Distribution of product of electric per meter capacitance and electric per meter resistance of thermo-sensitive elements to be heated is determined from measured frequency characteristic of input conductivity of thermo-sensitive element. Spatial distribution of liquid or gas flux is calculated along thermo-sensitive element from predetermined dependence of product of electric per meter conductivity and electric per meter capacitance either on temperature or velocity of flux. In this case the problem of determination of spatial distribution of velocity of flux may be solved by single extended thermo-sensitive element by means of electric measurements, when these measurements are performed at one its end.
