FIELD: instrument making, possibly systems for gas pressure controlling.

SUBSTANCE: shut off and regulating valve is in the form of flat washer having at least in one end shoulder for limiting its rotation in plane passing through axis of opening of valve seat. Said valve is mounted jointly with possibility of free rocking around axle in arm of lever made in the form of self-aligning fork fixed against axial motions, for example by means of mounting screw. Said axle is arranged inside fork normally relative to its lateral surface. Pusher is mounted on one washer of diaphragm with eccentricity relative to axis of diaphragm; pusher has opening in which pin is mounted, for example with running fit in such a way that eccentricity value is no more than diameter of said washer.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of sustaining controlled pressure values at change of pressure and flow rate of working gas due to providing special operation modes.
