SUBSTANCE: device has n seven-input single-digit adders, n single-digit binary adders, modulo 2n-1 adder of two numbers, inputs of seven operands from the first to the nth digit, n outputs of the result. The first to the nth digits of seven operands Xj enter inputs of the adder. Values of n-digit result R (modulo 2n-1 sum of seven input operands, which may have different sings) are formed at outputs of the adder. In this case , R ∈ {0, 1, ..., 2n-2} and if some operand Xj is added to negative sign, it enters inputs of the device in form of reverse code.
