FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: superhigh frequency furnace is intended for sterilization of products packed in sealed packages for high-temperature treatment, including SHF energy treatment. SHF furnace is composed of cylindrical chamber with energy lead-in, high-pressure chamber with radioparent wall and load-unload window located axially to first chamber, shutter, cassette kinematically coupled to drive and system of heating circulation and counterpressure incorporating heater mounted in conduit of supply pipe-line throttle placed in path of discharge pipe-line and two-circuit circulator with heat exchanger.
