SUBSTANCE: proposed plant designed for heating composite materials in ceramic body of spark-plug core using microwave energy at comparatively low baking temperature within its working space which reduces probability of ceramic body destruction has microwave treatment chamber, microwave energy radiators, waveguides, and ballast filler blocks. Microwave treatment chamber is made in the form of two opposing parallel E-sector shaped compartments, one being heating compartment and other, baking compartment; these compartments are separated by partition provided with gateway for passing transport; ballast absorbers have different absorption factors, that of heating-compartment ballast absorber being higher than absorption factor of baking compartment.

EFFECT: reduced baking temperature which reduces probability of ceramic body destruction; reduced power requirement.
