FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: transistor amplifier has two circuits parallel with respect to feeding unit. Each circuit is built on first and second transistors connected in series with feeding unit. Collectors of first transistors of these circuits are tied together and are output of amplifier. Base of first transistor of second circuit, base of second transistor of second circuit and base of second transistor of first circuit are correspondingly first, second and third inputs connected to wire of feeding unit through bias resistors. Emitter of first transistor of first circuit is coupled to emitter of first transistor of second circuit through forward-biased diode, backward-biased diode which proper lead is connected to base of second transistor of second circuit is placed into circuit of base of first transistor of first circuit.
