FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: oxidized autoblood together with 0.04-0.06% solution of sodium hypochlorite are injected to patient intravenously, the process is carried out daily, initial dose of blood and said solution are 12 ml and 2 ml respectively. Then ratio of sodium hypochlorite and autoblood is gradually increased till their ratio is 6:1. Then said procedure is repeated in reverse sequence in the same time with laser irradiation of blood. The latter process takes place within 2-3 days at intensity W/cm2 and wavelength 0.63 μm. Simultaneously injury area of skin is treated with the help of applications by 0.08-0.1% solution of sodium hypochlorite. Applications are carried out 4-6 times a day, each procedure prolongs 30-40 min. If complicated form of the disease takes place then autohematotherapy is to be carried out once more, said course takes place by intramuscularly injections in a day. Proposed method stimulates non-specific immunity, decreases treatment time, decreases frequency of relapses. EFFECT: increases efficiency of the method. 2 cl, 5 tbl
