FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: hydraulically purified gasoline fractions are passed through a plurality of reactors containing stationary catalyst beds. The first or the first and the second reactors are charged with a catalyst comprising (wt % ): 0.3-0.6 platinum; 0.15-0.3 rhenium; 0.1-0.5 one or more promoters; 0.8-1.5 chlorine; 0.1-0.5 sulfur; and aluminium oxide, the balance. The second or the second and the third reactors are charged with a catalyst comprising (wt %): 0.2-0.4 platinum; 0.2-0.8 rhenium; 0.1-0.5 one or more promoters; 1.0-2.0 chlorine; 0.1-0.5 sulfur; and aluminium oxide, the balance. The third or the third or the fourth reactors are charged with a catalyst comprising (wt %): 0.2-0.4 platinum; 0.4-1.0 rhenium; 0.1-0.5 one or more promoters; 1.2-2.0 chlorine; 0.1-0.5 sulfur; and aluminium oxide; the balance.
