FIELD: materials handling; transportation of loose materials, mainly broken or finely crushed rock in mining, building and chemical and industries. SUBSTANCE: device for metered out delivery of hydraulic mixture into pipeline of hydraulic or pneumatic transport has accumulating reservoir, changing and discharging branch pipes, hydraulic nozzles 13 and 15 and water conduit manifold 14. Accumulating reservoir has drain holes with filters arranged higher than charging branch pipes which are arranged at angle to vertical plane of accumulating reservoir, and flow dividers built into hermetically sealed bottom. Hydraulic nozzles in accumulating reservoir bottom are made in form of metering out and auxiliary members coupled with separate water conduit manifolds. Metering out nozzle is made movable to vertical axis of discharge branch pipe 12 for adjusting distance between these parts. Charging branch pipes are provided with shields secured to accumulating reservoir 1. Auxiliary nozzles 15 are located on surface of bottom of accumulating reservoir in staggered order and at angle to discharge branch pipe. Drain holes with filters are united by common manifold and are connected with downward pipeline. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl, 4 dwg
