FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: ring laser resonator is formed by reflectors. The resonator performs generation of two pairs of opposing waves, which have left and right elliptic polarizations. Generation is performed due to active element and double refracting element, disposed inside solenoid, connected to permanent voltage source. Device has the first and the second opposing waves photomixers, difference frequency four photodetectors and frequency registrars, on-line memory calculator and registrar. EFFECT: improved precision of measurements; improved speed of operation. 1 dwg
