SUBSTANCE: angular movements and speeds during rolling and pitching are measured and compared with maximum permissible values of amplitudes of rolling and pitching, field of insignificant rolling and pitching is determined, forecasted model is corrected and inform pilots of flying apparatus aircraft about terms of beginning and finishing take off and landing operations in given weather conditions. EFFECT: method provides information, that helps pilots of flying apparatus to make safe take off and landing on ships and other floating sites. 3 dwg
