FIELD: scintillation equipment. SUBSTANCE: method of assembly involves centering of crystal in container, subsequent formation of light-reflecting shell from powder materials, setting of lid of container and sealing of its joint with container by use of adhesive compounds. For increase of reliability of tight sealing of crystal of detector before setting of lid adhesive compound is put inside annular groove formed by centering ring and container, adhesive compound is moved into gap between lid and container by compression of part of centering ring.
