SUBSTANCE: cathode- ray tube uses (extended in succession) an electron gun with a point cathode, electromagnetic tuning system, electron beam current modulator consisting at least of three deflection and three correction plates, electron beam current pickup, diaphragm with a round hole, electron beam-deflection variable-reluctance pickup, electromagnetic focusing lens, electromagnetic deflecting system and a laser screen. EFFECT: enhanced quality of image owing to improvement of time stability of modulation characteristic and electron- beam current on the laser screen, and expanded frequency band of video channel. 4 dwg
