FIELD: photolithography. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for projection picture tube with laser screens for display of information on large external screen and for exposure of photomaterials in projection photolithography. Laser screen of cathode-ray tube has dummy mirror, active semiconductor layer, semi- transparent mirror, transparent bearing plate grown over semi-transparent mirror arranged in sequence. Process of manufacture of laser screen includes application of multilayer semi-transparent mirror coat on polished monocrystalline plate on which bearing plate is grown, machining of reverse side of monocrystalline plate and application of dummy mirror on it. EFFECT: increased uniformity and efficiency of radiation of laser screen of tapped CRTs. 4 cl, 2 dwg
