FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry. Method comprises receiving skimmed milk, mixing it with concentrate of milk whey with weight fraction of dry substances 8.2–18.0 % with volume ratio of milk to whey concentrate in range of 1:1–1:4. Obtained composition is then standardised in terms of fat, homogenised, pasteurised and packaged. Whey concentrate added into milk may be subjected first to partial demineralization with one of known methods.
EFFECT: method enables to simplify technology for production of milk product, and enhances its biological value.
