FIELD: biotechnology and fish industry. SUBSTANCE: the guanine suspension resulting from treating fish scale with hot water is subjected to enzymic hydrolysis with alkali protease and a pectofoetidine-celloviridine mixture in an amount of 0.1-0.2 % by weight of guanine. The suspension is then treated with lipase in the same amount at a temperature of 30-50 C for 40-80 min. The guanine to enzymic solution is 1:4. The product is mixed with perfumery oil in a 1: 1 ratio and dried under vacuum at a temperature of 50-70 C till gasoline and water vapors are fully removed.
