FIELD: oil and fat production. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding of vegetable oil product, hydro- and heat treatment which is carried out simultaneously with affection of surfactant (quantity of said surfactant is 0.02-0.20 %). Then prepressing of pulp followed by treatment of thus obtained mill cake with at least one ferment in aqueous medium. Thus prepared reaction mixture is then separated into solid protein-containing fraction, oil and aqueous fraction takes place. Special preparation or polyenzyme ferment composition having summary activity 80-2500 unit/g is used as mentioned above ferment, its quantity being 0.005-0.300 % of mass of mill cake.
