SUBSTANCE: device uses a phase-comparison unit, loading transformer, current meter, current transducer, terminals for connecting the device to the electric meter to be checked, connected to the power network via current transformers. The device can be used for checking the connection of the secondary windings of current transformers to the electric meter, checking the windings of the electric meter for continuity and correct connection of windings, it also provides for recording of current vector diagrams and determination of the power factory of the connection under check.
