FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: device incorporates grounded AC source, i.e. electric main, resistive load, its one terminal being connected to counter first current circuit phase terminal. At that, reactive compensation circuit is included additionally, connected only to the counter second current circuit. The resistive load second terminal is connected to an artificial grounding device. At that, the reactive compensation circuit is made up of two step-down transformers, two capacitors and a variable resistor. The first capacitor is connected in between the phase terminal of the counter first current circuit and the first terminal of the step-down transformer primary. The second capacitor is arranged between the first terminals of the first step-down transformer secondary and the second step-down transformer primary.
