FIELD: microwave radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: digital phase shifter has circular slotted line in one region of which first and second sections of slotted line are connected through one of their ends and first switching diode is inserted; other, diametrically opposite region of line connects one end of third section of slotted line and incorporates second switching diode. Fourth section of slotted line is introduced which is connected to circular slotted line like third section; other ends of third and fourth sections are shorted out. First switching diode is inserted in series and second one, in parallel with circular slotted line. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
